SERVICES

My birthing doula services include;

•Two to three personal visits, during which we will get to know each other, create your birth vision and establish a solid bond before the birth of your baby

•Phone and email support 24/7 throughout your pregnancy

•On call for you 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your baby's expected birth date

•Continuous physical and emotional support throughout your labor and birth

•One follow-up visit, usually within your first week at home

My post-partum doula services include;

•Offer physical and emotional support to the mother.

•Breastfeeding assistance.

•Household maintenance. (light house cleaning and laundry)

•Family nurturing and care.

•Meal preparation.

•Instruction to mom and other family members in the care of a newborn.

•Errands such as picking up medications and food.
